For the guests who will be staying with us the day before the wedding and the others who will be staying on the day, check-in times are from 2.00pm onwards and should arrive promptly around this time to prevent delay of events taking place on the day of the wedding. Check-out time the day after the wedding is 11.00am.

Something to take note of... Balbirnie House strictly prohibits the consumption of alcohol that is purchased outside of the hotel within any area of the hotel, including function suites and bedrooms. Any alcohol identified to have not been purchased within the hotel will be confiscated and they reserve the right for their security contractor to search handbags and any items brought in by guests as required.

Due to limited capacity for rooms within Balbirnie house, we cannot accomodate everyone. Those who wish to stay with us at the venue should let us know. However, there are several accomodation options nearby the venue which would be suitable should you wish to spend the night here.
